Driving her career in social strategy, Kristen joined rFactr in 2007 and leads the team responsible for their clients’ successful social sales implementations. Kristen’s passions include speaking at industry events, her family, travel, wine, and UNC sports (her alma mater). Interesting fact: Kristen is also an eight-time adventure race champion.
Office Manager and Operations Assistant
Jason Kocembo is the Office Manager/Operations Assistant at rFactr. His daily activities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and Tier 1 user operations support for rFactr clients. Think Social Platform Support. Jason and his wife live in Charlotte. He is an avid baseball fan (especially the Detroit Tigers) and the office meteorologist.

Jason was born and raised in Michigan and attended Central Michigan University. He got started in sales directly out of college and has always had a place in his heart for technology. He is a diehard Detroit Lions/Red Wings fan as well as a total Game of Thrones and Vikings nerd.
